This project began with a concept that moved swiftly through client approval, yet midway an unexpected opportunity reshaped its trajectory. The acquisition of a striking container kitchen prompted a full redesign, positioning this feature as the centerpiece of the restaurants identity. What emerged was a space that celebrates adaptability - a design able to pivot and evolve in response to new possibilities.

The site itself presented its own challenge: an irregular lot with its narrowest edge facing the street, limiting visibility. Rather than conceal this constraint, the design responded by wrapping the terrace around the building, extending the experience outward. The result is an inviting flow that draws people in, revealing the activity and atmosphere within while strengthening the restaurants connection to the street.
